Dear Rhonda, This is a very long overdue note of thanks (written May 2, 2002). I walked into your office on May 8, 1990 a chain smoker for 38 years and walked out of your office a non-smoker. I have not smoked a cigarette or even craved a cigarette in 12 years. I am a healthy 66 year old wife and grandmother. I know that if I had continued smoking I would not have been able to lead the life that I am living. I have sold Savings Bank Life Insurance for over 25 years and know the costs of smoking both in money and early deaths. My husband is not well and I’m sure that he would not have lived this long if the house were filled with the chemicals of smoking. Rhonda, I could go on and on but I’m sure you’ve heard this story many times. Thank you for your gift.”
